1Acceptance of Terms

3Account Registration

Each person may hold only one active account with aha888. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited depending on the circumstances of the duplication.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your legal name, Philippine mobile number, and date of birth. You must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. aha888 strongly recommends using a unique, strong password and enabling OTP verification on your account. You agree to notify aha888 immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

aha888 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where such access resulted from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

Account registration and use of the platform is free. aha888 does not charge a registration fee.

4Deposits and Withdrawals

All transactions on aha888 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include GCash, Maya, InstaPay, PESONet, and standard Philippine bank transfers. aha888 does not accept credit cards or any form of cryptocurrency as a funding method.

Deposits are credited to your account balance once payment is confirmed by the relevant payment provider. aha888 does not control the processing time of third-party payment services, and any delays caused by GCash, Maya, or your bank are outside our responsibility.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, or to a verified Philippine bank account registered under your name. Third-party withdrawals — that is, sending funds to an account that is not your own — are not permitted.

Before processing a withdrawal, aha888 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). This may include submitting a valid Philippine government-issued ID. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in your withdrawal being held pending review.

aha888 reserves the right to review and investigate any transaction it considers unusual or potentially fraudulent. During any such review, the relevant funds may be temporarily withheld from your account.

5Gaming and Betting Rules

All games and betting markets available on aha888 are subject to specific game rules that apply at the time of play. By participating in any game or placing any bet, you accept the applicable rules for that game or market.

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or disconnection during a game or bet, aha888 will attempt to resolve the situation fairly based on available logs and records. Any bets voided due to a technical error will be refunded to your account balance.

aha888 reserves the right to void any bet that is placed after an event has already concluded, or any bet that was placed based on information that was not publicly available at the time of betting. This includes bets placed using insider information or any form of cheating or manipulation.

Sports betting outcomes are determined by the official result of the relevant competition or governing body. In cases where an official result is not available, aha888 will use commercially available data sources to settle markets.

• Bets on basketball (PBA, NBA) are settled on the final score at the end of regulation or overtime as applicable.
• Bets on boxing are settled on the official judges' decision or stoppage result.
• Bets on football and other sports are settled according to the rules displayed at the time the market is offered.

aha888 does not guarantee the availability of any specific game, betting market, or event at any time. Markets may be suspended, removed, or restricted without prior notice.

6Bonuses and Promotions

From time to time, aha888 may offer bonuses, promotions, cashback, or other incentives to eligible players. Any such offer will be governed by specific terms that are published alongside the promotion at the time it is made available.

General conditions that apply to all aha888 promotions unless otherwise stated:

9Account Suspension and Closure
